It draws in ambient air, filters it, condenses the water and then diffuses the air into the volume to be treated. Its sturdy metal casing, easy handling and simple operation make it ideal for drying needs on building sites or in workshops. It’s also ideal for maintaining humidity levels in cellars, warehouses, offices, libraries and archive rooms. <\/p>\n

Equipped with high-performance refrigeration units, the CFT2.0D mobile dehumidifier operates on the condensation principle:<\/p>\n

the humid ambient air is drawn in by the fan, filtered and passed over an evaporator, where it cools to a temperature below the dew point. Moisture condensed as water is collected in a built-in storage tank or discharged directly outside the unit via a drain hose. <\/p>\n

The higher the ambient air temperature (35\u00b0C max.), the greater the dehumidifier’s performance. In winter, it’s a good idea to combine the CFT2.0D with an appropriate heating system to reach at least 18\u00b0C for maximum efficiency (electric unit heater, hot air generator, etc.). The CFT2.0D considerably reduces drying times on construction sites, prevents the formation of condensation and mold in buildings, and speeds up the restoration of buildings after damage.<\/p>\n
